Initial Orientation and Training

Our goal is to welcome and retain high potential, talented employees.

We place a significant priority on properly welcoming new employees into their job function within the company, including a Firm overview, basic training, benefits information, key introductions, and an off-site lunch with various staff members.

All new team members receive a full day of orientation and training upon commencing employment, beginning with an introduction to HR, IT, Payroll and Internal Accounting, and the opportunity to meet with at least one of our Partners.

The CDL Buddy System helps you to establish important relationships immediately.

We want your transition to be as stress-free as possible. Using a "buddy system," CDL pairs a new hire with a "go-to" person who can help him or her get adjusted to life at the Firm. This means that a new staff member will have the guidance of a senior team member to answer questions and help introduce you to CDL culture, procedures, policies and software programs.

Seeking a dynamic Accounting Professional to join our tax team. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-7 years of current experience in public accounting, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, and CPA or parts passed. Excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate with exceptional communication and technical skills who has demonstrated a proven progression in complexity of accounting tasks to join a firm with high profile clients in a great location.
