William K. Caler, JR. , CPA

A graduate of Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida, William K. Caler received his accounting degree from the University of Florida in 1972.

As a tax professional, Mr. Caler concentrates on Fiduciary, Estate and Individual Taxation.

Mr. Caler is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Florida Institute of Certified Accountants. He is also a member of the East Coast Estate Planning Council, and the Palm Beach Tax Institute. He also currently serves as a board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County, the Board of Governors for Good Samaritan/St. Mary's Medical Centers and is a member of the Finance Committee of Intracoastal Health Systems, Inc.


Louis M. Cohen, CPA

Louis M. Cohen received his accounting degree from the University of Florida in 1984.

As a tax professional, Mr. Cohen concentrates on Real Estate, Partnerships, Corporate and Individual Taxation. He also has extensive experience with the restaurant industry, and heads the Firm's Restaurant and Hospitality practice.

Mr. Cohen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Florida Restaurant Association, the Florida Hospitality Association and has served as
Past-Chairperson of the Financing and Merchandise Committees for Sunfest.


David S. Donten, CPA

A Cum Laude graduate, Mr. Donten received his Accounting degree from Montclair State College, Upper Montclair, New Jersey in 1981.

As a tax professional, Mr. Donten practices primarily in the area of taxation.
Although he concentrates primarily on Corporate, Individual, Fiduciary and Construction Taxation, Mr. Donten has also spent extensive time in the area of litigation support services.

Mr. Donten is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.


Scott D. Druker, CPA, JD

Education
Scott Druker earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting, cum laude, from Indiana University in 1977. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana Universtity in 1980. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He is also a licensed attorney in the State of Indiana and is admitted to practice before The Supreme Court of Indiana, The Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States Tax Court. Prior to becoming a founding shareholders of Caler, Donten, Levine, Druker, Porter & Veil, P.A. in 1987, Mr. Druker was a tax professional at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Tax and Litigation Consulting Experience
As a tax professional, Mr Druker concentrates on tax, estate and business planning, tax research and litigation support. He has substantial tax planning and preparation experience with individuals, estates and trusts, partnerships, corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Litigation support activities include testimony as an expert witness in court proceedings as well as business valuations.

Joel H. Levine, CPA

Joel H. Levine received his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University college of New York at Brockport, New York in 1976. He received his Masters degree from Yeshiva University in New York, New York, and in 1978 completed the Florida Atlantic University accounting program in the summer of 1982.

As a tax professional, Mr. Levine concentrates on Real Estate, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations and Individual Taxation.

Mr. Levine is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

James F. Mullen received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Florida in 1982.

As a tax professional, Mr. Mullen concentrates on Partnership, Corporate and Individual Taxation. Mr. Mullen also has extensive experience in State and Local Taxation.

Mr. Mullen is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as treasurer of the Marinelife Center of Juno Beach.

Scott L. Porter earned his Bachelor of business Administration degree from Stetson University, Deland, Florida in 1978 and is a Public Accountant in the State of Florida. Mr Porter spent 11 years as an audit professional with Ernst & Young, before leaving in 1989, as a founding shareholder of Caler, Donten, Levine, Druker, Porter & Veil.

Mr. Porter is an Audit partner with substantial experience performing audits and reviews for awide range of clients, including the following:

Privately Owned Businesses, operating in the Manufacturing, Construction and Retail industries.
Local Governments, including Counties, Municipalities, Special Districts and Enterprise operations involving water and sewer utilities, solid waste systems and airports.

Mark D. Veil, CPA

Mark Veil received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Florida in 1980, and then his master in 1981.

As an audit professional, Mr. Veil concentrates in Construction Accounting, Manufacturing, and Privately owned Businesses. He has also worked extensively in government and Not-for-Profit Accounting.

Mr. Veil is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Government Finance Officers Association, the Forum Club, and Northern Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Veil has also served as a Past-President of the local chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Northern Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce.
