Adam Friedwald has joined the board of directors of the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. He is an Audit Senior Manager at CDL and will support the Center in its mission to protect and strengthen children and families.
Since 1961, the Center has been providing families with affordable mental health services and education, and is recognized by the Florida Department of Health as the only sexual abuse treatment provider in Palm Beach County. Adam joins seven other board members in directing and guiding the Center as it operates eight programs throughout Palm Beach County and serves more than 5,000 people annually.
“The board is a passionate, committed group, and we are grateful to have Adam serve alongside of us,” said Karen Hilo, CEO of the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. “The Center relies on our board’s experience, skills, and wisdom to lead, and with the addition of Adam, we just got stronger.”
Adam has been with CDL since July 2004. He performs audits in the industries of manufacturing and distribution, employee benefit plans, hospitality, real estate and non-profit organizations.
Adam is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He has CPA certifications in the states of Florida and New York. Adam is a member of the American Institute of the Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Governmental Finance Officers Association.
