With busy season underway, the shareholders of Caler, Donten, Levine, Cohen, Porter & Veil, P.A. (CDL) would like to update our clients on our office procedures during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
We continue to closely monitor local, state and federal officials on business operating guidelines and protocols.
As you know, CDL is considered an essential business and we have remained open since the start of the pandemic. Our offices operate at regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm) and extended hours during busy season.
As a reminder, CDL offices remain closed to outsider visitors. If you call our office, an automated system will prompt you to dial the extension of the CDL employee you wish to contact. You can also leave a message in our general mailbox where calls will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member.
We are extremely proud that we have continued to provide client service with minimal interruption. Whatever mode of communication – phone, text, email, fax, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Sharefile – we are committed to getting the work done on behalf of our clients. Please know we will operate in the same manner during busy season.
Please consider using our Sharefile/Portal options which can be accessed from our website to send tax documents to CDL in a secure manner. We do ask that should you need to drop off documents, please call your tax executive in advance to make arrangements.
CDL remains steadfast in providing outstanding service to our clients, while offering a safe and healthy environment for our employees.
